In this activity, learners explore the importance of active play. Parts A and B of this experience provide learners with a variety of active play options for indoors and outdoors that promote physical fitness. This activity is featured on pp. 20-21 of the "Health House: Food, Fitness, & Fun 24/7!" unit of study for K-2 learners.
