In this activity, learners will experiment with salt and ice in order to turn a bag of ingredients into ice cream. Explore the concept of lowering the freezing temperature of water in order to freeze the material inside. This activity includes step-by-step instructions as well as "What's Happening?" explinations providing the science behind the experiment.
