In this activity (page 2 of PDF under GPS: Alligator Habitat Activity), learners will study the adaptations different fish species have developed to survive in their habitats. Using basic craft supplies, learners will construct a 3D fish exhibiting these traits, or even design their own fish and detail how it has adapted to another world, then present their fish to the class.
