Learners work together as a group to learn a new physical activity. After working for a few rotations, learners time themselves as part of a contest. Learners can use this activity to reflect about how the body learns, and how muscles can begin to act automatically with practice. When learners set up a free account at Kinetic City, they can answer bonus questions at the end of the activity as a quick assessment. They can also keep track of their progress in all of the Kinetic City activities, and compare their progress to other participants worldwide.
